Polyisocyanurate panels can only be produced on a fully-automated continuous production line. This ensures the even distribution of the PIR foam, which cannot be done manually.
We are the first and only PIR continuous production line in the ASEAN region for cold stores purposes. All our PIR panels are manufactured in our own premises to ensure that tight control and stringent quality standards are met.
UR® PIR Panel is FM Global (FM) approved. Our panels obtained Class 1 fire rating of insulated wall or wall and roof/ceiling panels, interior finish materials or coatings, and exterior wall systems according the FM Approvals Standard 4880/4881. This rating for our panels is valid without height restrictions.
All panels can be installed vertically or horizontally.
